  1. This is a good short and informative video. I knew about most of these but not the sleep. I guess I should start to sleep more. I know I need to eat more protein too.

  2. Love the video! As I’ve always said 80% diet, 20% workout and you’ve hit that point home in the video! I’ve been eating low carb for a while now and while it’s a hard habit to break, you can definitely see the effects after a few days! Do you ever make meal plans? I would love to see them.

  3. I agree with most of the points that were made in this video. First off, if someone wants to lose belly fat, they need to concentrate on losing weight throughout their entire body. A lot of people get caught up in the belly fat. When a person losses weight appropriately, they lose it throughout their entire body. This is why doing thousands of sit-ups will not necessarily help you lose belly fat. To lose weight, it is calories in vs. calories out. If you eat more calories then you burn, whatever the foods are, weight gain will occur. I agree that post workout should contain those nice carbs, proteins, and healthy fats. I also believe in a relatively healthy diet. However, occasionally you can have that cheat meal of burgers and fries if you like, as long as calories in do not exceed calories burned. I didn’t know excess fat comes out from your breathe. That was interesting.

Enjoyed the video and found that not only was it very informative and helpful about what you should eat to reduce belly fat, but that exercise is a big factor in leaning up and in getting healthy, as well. I was surprised to learn that when you are loosing fat not only does it go through your body waste, but your BREATH! I had never heard this before so this was an eye opener for me.
