  1. I have tried honey and lemon. It is delicious. However, I cannot imagine lemon, honey and cinnamon in one drink. It is probably because I only think of using cinnamon on apple pies. I guess I have to try to make the drink.

My worst times when I crave sweets or just something to eat is in the evenings. I have always read that something warm to drink helps curb those cravings, because it slows you down and you have a good 20 minutes to let those cravings pass. So this will be very helpful.
