Yes, thanks to smart phones and the internet, we are constantly “tuned in” to our social media without having much time to decompress. I try to have a few minutes at the end of the day to relax but haven’t thought of using Yoga to focus on my breathing. I’ll have to give this a try, thanks!
I have always wanted to try yoga, but I just never seem to get the chance. I am beginning to do it once in the morning to start the day and once at the end to unwind before bed. The stretching is a good way to get your body ready for the day ahead and before bed is a good way to relax before sleep.
I am beginning to do yoga twice a day, every day. I am doing it once in the morning and once at night right before bed. Doing it as soon as I wake up helps me wake up and doing it right before bed helps me to unwind after a long day. Meditation is also a good thing to look into for unwinding after a long day, but it has been so long since i’ve done that.
I use Yoga to focus my breathing every night before bed. I use this time to wind down and prepare my mind for sleep. It has helped me immensely!I also try to meditate right after my yoga before going to bed.
