Staying fit and healthy should be a daily regime of everyone’s fast-paced life. My primary fitness goal is to focus on healthy food intake. I realize and acknowledge the truth that we are what we eat, and nutritional habits greatly impact our health and our long-term well-being.
I enjoy restaurants, but I still believe that cooking at home is one of the best things I can do for my health. This is not just to save money but also because I have more control over the quality of the food ingredients. Also I am more likely eat better when I am in charge of my meals. I know that the best and most nutritious ingredients fuel my body.
Nutrition plays an essential role in staying healthy. Good food provides fuel to the body to work properly, have energy, reach the physical performance, and keep us healthy. A healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition are about eating smart and enjoying your food.
Eating a healthy diet is about feeling great, having more energy, improving health, and boosting the mood. Many people lack confidence and skills and don’t think they have the time to prepare meals at home. They know they need to eat more healthily but don’t know where to start.
So where is the best place to launch a healthy lifestyle?
Your kitchen.
Even if you overhaul your whole fridge and get rid of all the junk food, you still might not consume good foods. Cookware plays a part in determining the nature of food that we consume. I value my health (and the taste of the food that I consume), so I pay close attention to the type of cookware that I use.
Let me ask you a question: How healthy and fitness-friendly is your cookware?
Cooking is an art, and using the right utensils, equipment, temperatures is the science. When you combine the two that makes it a wholesome experience.
I am truly interested in a healthy lifestyle and clean eating, and I am sure you feel the same. So to get there, we need to cook good food at home. So how do we make that process easier? I feel, cooking at home is a lot easier and a real satisfaction when you have the right equipment.
I do not want to sound like someone obsessed with cookware, but I have realized that it’s the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Recently, I accidentally found out about Chef Avenue™ and its new cookware called Omnipan™. I was intrigued and wanted to be among the first to test this innovative product. I contacted Chef Avenue and requested a sample, which was sent to me promptly.

My conclusion about Omnipan was that it makes the natural flavors and aroma of the food more intense, making it more appetizing.
Food prepared in Omnipan tastes better because it is free from the toxins and heavy metals found in other cookware that can leach into food and distort the taste.
Here are some other benefits of Omnipan:
- It’s naturally non-stick, so you can cook food without fat.
- Since it has a lid with steam vent, we can steam food in the oven or microwave and retain the nutrients.
- It lets us prep ingredients, store in the refrigerator, cook in the oven, eat, put away leftovers, reheat in the microwave – all without moving food from one container to the other.
- Ability to store prepped ingredients in multiple containers encourages me to do my prep work for several meals at once and cook when needed.
- The simplicity and ease of use encourage me to have more home-cooked healthy meals.
- Since the food is cooked in the oven, the flavors are developed better, and as a result, we can have great tasting healthy meals.
- Omnipan eliminates unnecessary steps in prepping, cooking, and clean up, encouraging us to cook more at home.
Chef Avenue told me that they are building an app with curated recipes that will give step-by-step instructions on how to use Omnipan to create delicious food.
My suggestion for you is to go straight to your kitchen and first get rid of any toxic cookware you have. Make way for the healthy Omnipan cookware.

And keep in mind: Just as a healthy lifestyle starts with healthy eating, the healthiest eating starts with the kitchen equipped with the right cookware.
