These exercises are great workouts for the thighs. They are easy to do but it’s surprising how effective such a simple exercise can be. I plan to do these every morning in addition to my usual exercises.

These exercises seemed so simple that I had to try them out. I was pleasantly surprised by how they were such a good workout. I could really feel the burn in my thighs.
